Processing and Shipping Time: Since each order is custom-printed, we require about 2 days to process and dispatch it. Delivery typically takes an additional 3-4 working days, making the total estimated shipping and delivery time 6-7 working days.

Delivery Assurance: We partner with reliable third-party courier services for deliveries. While rare, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel, please write to us with your account email at care@cartl.in and mention your order details. You can cancel your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours or max 12 hours for standard shipping, or once the order is placed (whichever comes first).

Once your order has gone to production, it can’t be canceled mid-way.
